Please read these instructions carefully to ensure quick review and notification of accepted abstracts.

Author & Presentation Guidelines
Author Responsibilities

- The first author is the primary presenter and must attend in person
- Maximum of 1 oral AND 1 poster per first author (must be different projects)
- Maximum of 2 presentations per awarded campaign (1 oral, 1 poster)
- First authors must share the abstract with all co-authors for feedback before submission
Presentation Types

- Contributed Oral: 10-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A
- Poster Presentation: Horizontal format, 48" W × 36" H
Note: Indicate your preference when submitting. The Program Committee assigns final presentation types based on scientific merit, impact, and topic. To support community building and early-career visibility, many submissions will be assigned as posters. We strongly encourage poster participation from attendees at all career levels.
Content Guidelines
Recommended Topics
Abstracts related to any topic within LaserNetUS’s broad research areas will be accepted. Authors should indicate whether the presentation is based on a research product or an awarded LaserNetUS or ZEUS Laser Facility experiment. The organizing committee will consider the presenting author’s career level when assigning presentation types.
We especially encourage posters on:

- Technical capabilities
- Diagnostic and detector development
- Characterization and calibration
- New experimental or analytical techniques
Formatting Requirements

- Format: PDF using the provided template.
- Length: <1,300 characters (~250 words)
- Keywords: Select from the APS Physics PhySH - Physics Subject Headings.
- Page limit: ONE PAGE maximum
