LaserNetUS and NSF ZEUS Laser Facility Forge Strategic Partnership for Co-Located Annual Meetings
Mar 29, 2025. News
San Francisco, CA—LaserNetUS and the NSF ZEUS Laser Facility are happy to announce their strategic partnership for their 2025 Annual Meetings. This alliance integrates the First Annual NSF ZEUS User Meeting with the established LaserNetUS Meeting. The event will take place in Phoenix, Arizona, from July 8–10, 2025, representing a significant convergence of expertise and innovation in the high-power laser technology sector.
Attendees can anticipate a comprehensive array of technical talks, including a specialized session featuring the first user experiments from the NSF ZEUS Laser Facility and a Town Hall conducted by NSF ZEUS personnel. In addition, the event will include poster sessions, various social networking opportunities, and technical sessions designed to promote the exchange of pioneering research and novel concepts.
Given ongoing uncertainties and budget considerations, we will confirm attendance before releasing the technical program. This flexible approach allows for abstract submissions now and planning finalization later. Notably, while the NSF ZEUS Laser Facility is independently funded and managed separately from LaserNetUS, the co-location of our annual meetings is meant to offset challenges related to meeting fatigue and associated costs.
Abstract submissions and applications for travel grants have been extended to April 4, 2025. Our conference website provides further details, including key registration deadlines and additional event highlights.
